Endrick made history as Real Madrid's youngest Champions League goalscorer in a 3-1 home win over Stuttgart, with Kylian Mbappe also contributing to the victory.
At 18 years and 58 days, the Brazilian surpassed Raul's 1995 record. Raul had scored for Madrid at 18 years and 113 days against Ferencvaros. Endrick, who joined from Palmeiras this summer, had already set the record as the youngest Madrid player to score in La Liga this century, netting against Real Valladolid on his debut.
Endrick replaced Jude Bellingham in the 80th minute at the Bernabeu Stadium and secured Madrid's win with the last kick of the game.
Mbappe, playing his first Champions League match for Real Madrid, opened the scoring 20 seconds into the second half. Aurelien Tchouameni's pass found Rodrygo on the right, who set up Mbappe for an easy finish.
Deniz Undav, formerly of Brighton, equalised for Stuttgart with a header in the 68th minute. His goal came after a period of pressure from the German side. Real Madrid regained the lead in the 83rd minute through Antonio Rudiger's header.
Jude Bellingham, returning from a calf injury that had kept him out of four matches, played for 80 minutes.
Stuttgart had chances to take the lead early in the game. Enzo Millot missed a one-on-one opportunity in the 10th minute, dragging his shot wide of the far post. Real Madrid's goalkeeper, Thibaut Courtois, also denied Angelo Stiller with a save later in the first half.
Stuttgart came close again when Undav's shot deflected off Dani Carvajal and hit the top of the crossbar. For Madrid, Vinicius Jr nearly scored with a powerful shot from the edge of the box that hit the crossbar in the 58th minute.
Real Madrid’s next match is against Lille, while Stuttgart will host Sparta Prague in the coming fixtures.
