Phil Foden, Cole Palmer, and Ollie Watkins have been ruled out of England's upcoming Nations League matches, according to a statement from the English Football Association on Tuesday.
England is set to play against the Republic of Ireland in Dublin on Saturday and will host Finland at Wembley three days later as part of League B.
Cole Palmer, who scored in England's Euro 2024 final defeat to Spain, and Aston Villa's Ollie Watkins have both returned to their respective clubs due to injuries. Manchester City's Phil Foden, meanwhile, will not join the squad due to illness.
The FA confirmed that "No further additions are planned at this moment in time."
These fixtures will mark England's first matches under interim manager Lee Carsley, following the end of Gareth Southgate's eight-year tenure. Carsley has called up Noni Madueke, Morgan Gibbs-White, Tino Livramento, and Angel Gomes for the first time.
