West Ham United have entered discussions with Borussia Dortmund regarding a potential transfer for German striker Niclas Fullkrug.
The 31-year-old forward made a notable impact at Euro 2024, scoring twice during Germany's journey to the quarter-finals. Fullkrug is among the targets identified by Hammers manager Julen Lopetegui as the club looks to bolster their attacking options.
In addition to Fullkrug, West Ham is pursuing several players to enhance their squad, including Aston Villa's Colombia forward Jhon Duran.
Fullkrug had a productive season with Dortmund, netting 16 goals in 46 appearances following his transfer from Werder Bremen for a fee of £12.6 million. He played a crucial role in helping Dortmund reach the Champions League final, where they were defeated by Real Madrid.
West Ham is also exploring a move for full-back Aaron Wan-Bissaka from Manchester United.
This summer, the Hammers have already strengthened their lineup by signing Wolves captain Max Kilman for £40 million, as well as goalkeeper Wes Foderingham and Brazilian winger Luis Guilherme.
